Drafting documents and answering telephones.

Greet and welcome guests.

Keep updated records and files.

Monitor office expenses and costs.

Manager General office administration.

To co-ordinate with the CEO for meetings.

Should be able to multitask.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as front desk representative.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Office Administrator will be required to have proven written & oral communication skills.

Filling/Paper Management.

Good communication soft skills.

Accounts knowledge.

Basic knowledge of recruitment.

Basic knowledge of Social media platforms, digital marketing.

Quick learner and ability to adapt to organization’s goals and responsibilities.

Should be good at Multi- tasking.
